Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls, cut into pieces
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for greasing
  • Icing from cinnamon roll cans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and generously butter a baking dish.
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until puffed and golden.
  7. Drizzle icing over the warm bake and serve immediately.

Notes

You can assemble this bake the night before and refrigerate it. Let it rest at room temperature before baking. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
