- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 3/4 cup Valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla and almond extract.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix gently.
- Fold in sprinkles carefully.
- Press dough evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Use room-temperature butter for best texture. Do not overbake or the bars will lose their softness. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later enjoyment.
