  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and whisk with white sugar and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
  4. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in another bowl.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into the batter.
  6. Spread batter evenly into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Melt white chocolate chips and mix with condensed milk.
  8. Spread this mixture over the baked brownie base.
  9. Melt white chocolate with heavy cream and whisk in matcha powder.
  10. Pour matcha mixture over the white chocolate layer.
  11. Bake again for 10–12 minutes.
  12. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing.
