1 tsp melted coconut oil or butter
½ tsp cinnamon

A dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream

Instructions
Prepare the shortcake crumble:
In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted coconut oil and cinnamon until crumbly. Set aside.Blend the smoothie base:
