Description

This Strawberry Nutella Stuffed French Toast is a cozy, indulgent breakfast made with thick slices of bread, creamy Nutella, and juicy fresh strawberries. Perfect for slow mornings, family brunches, or when you want to turn an ordinary day into something special.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 thick slices brioche or challah bread
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Powdered sugar, for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread Nutella generously on four slices of bread.
  2. Top with sliced strawberries and close with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and heated through.
  7. Serve warm with powdered sugar and extra strawberries.

Notes

Use thick bread to keep the filling inside. Cook over medium heat to avoid burning. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat gently in a pan or oven.
