Description

Strawberry lasagna with Golden Oreos is a creamy, no bake layered dessert made with a Golden Oreo crust, smooth cream cheese, whipped topping, and a fresh strawberry gelatin layer. Perfect for parties, family gatherings, or any time you want a refreshing and indulgent treat without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Golden Oreo cookies

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 containers (8 oz each) whipped topping

  • 1 box (0.3 oz) strawberry gelatin (1/2 cup serving size)

  • 2/3 cup boiling water

  • 1/2 cup cold water plus enough ice cubes to make 1 cup

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced small

  • Extra strawberries for garnish

  • Crushed cookies for garnish

  • Chocolate curls for garnish


Instructions

  • Crush Golden Oreo cookies until fine. Mix with melted butter and press into a dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in one container of whipped topping. Spread over crust.

  • Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and ice until slightly thickened.

  • Fold in diced strawberries and one container of whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer.

  • Top with the remaining whipped topping. Garnish with strawberries, cookie crumbs, and chocolate curls.

 

  • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

This dessert can be made a day ahead for easier slicing.

Try serving in clear cups or jars for individual portions.

For variation, add lemon zest to the cream cheese layer or drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
