Description

These Strawberry Cream Cheese Muffins are soft, fluffy, and filled with a creamy surprise. Fresh strawberries add sweetness and color, while the cream cheese center makes every bite comforting and indulgent.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin pan.
  2. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
  5. Combine wet and dry gently.
  6. Fold in strawberries.
  7. Fill muffin cups halfway, add cream cheese, cover with batter.
  8. Bake 20–22 minutes until golden.

Notes

Store muffins in the fridge due to cream cheese. Reheat gently. Fresh strawberries work best. Do not overmix batter.
