Instructions

- Add egg, egg yolk, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients separately and gently combine.

Notes
Do not overbake. Cookies should remain pale for maximum softness. Dough can be chilled up to 48 hours or frozen for later use.
