Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream and buffalo sauce and mix well.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and most of the cheese.
- Fold in shredded rotisserie chicken gently.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
Adjust the buffalo sauce to control the heat. This dip can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
