Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold dry ingredients into banana mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor. Add walnuts or chocolate chips if desired. Store the bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
