Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and gently mix until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared sheet pan.

  7. Bake for 16–18 minutes until golden and set in the center.
  8. Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overmix the batter to keep pancakes fluffy. You can swap fruit based on what you have at home. Leftovers store well in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for later.
