Description

This rich and spicy buffalo chicken dip is creamy, bold, and comforting. Made with tender shredded chicken, smooth cream cheese, tangy buffalo sauce, and melted cheese, it’s the perfect appetizer for gatherings, game nights, or cozy evenings at home. Every bite is warm, indulgent, and meant to be shared.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken and most of the cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  7. Serve hot with chips or vegetables.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce. Rotisserie chicken works perfectly. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
