- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
- Fold in shredded chicken and most of the cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve hot with chips or vegetables.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce. Rotisserie chicken works perfectly. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
