Description

This quick buffalo chicken dip recipe is creamy, spicy, and comforting. Made with tender chicken, rich cream cheese, tangy buffalo sauce, and melted cheese, it comes together fast and disappears even faster. Perfect for busy days, family gatherings, or cozy nights with friends.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large bowl, stir the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken until fully coated.
  5. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and melted.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust the buffalo sauce for more or less heat. This dip can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
