- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, stir the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in the shredded chicken until fully coated.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and melted.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust the buffalo sauce for more or less heat. This dip can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
