Description

These quick 5-ingredient matcha brownies are soft, chewy, and beautifully green with a delicate earthy matcha flavor.   • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a saucepan over low heat or using a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Whisk in the eggs one at a time until fully combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and matcha powder.
  6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until a smooth batter forms.
