Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Unroll puff pastry sheets and cut into long strips.
- Wrap each mini sausage snugly in a strip of puff pastry.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared tray.
- Brush each piece with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
