These protein balls without protein powder are made with oats, nuts, seeds, and natural sweeteners. They are no-bake, easy to prepare, and perfect for healthy snacks, breakfast, or energy bites using real ingredients.

- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Add oats, nuts, and seeds to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in nut butter and honey until fully combined.
- Add cinnamon and salt and mix well.
- If mixture is dry, add 1 teaspoon water or milk.
- Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months. You can add shredded coconut or dark chocolate chips for variety.
