Description

These protein balls without protein powder are made with oats, nuts, seeds, and natural sweeteners. They are no-bake, easy to prepare, and perfect for healthy snacks, breakfast, or energy bites using real ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add oats, nuts, and seeds to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in nut butter and honey until fully combined.
  3. Add cinnamon and salt and mix well.
  4. If mixture is dry, add 1 teaspoon water or milk.
  5. Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
