Description

These protein balls are made with simple pantry ingredients and come together in minutes. They are naturally sweet, nourishing, and perfect for busy days, healthy snacking, or a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. Mix with a spoon until combined.
  3. Knead gently with hands until sticky but firm.
  4. Roll into small balls.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

If the mixture feels dry, add 1 tablespoon of water or milk. If too sticky, add more oats. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage.
