Description

These soft and chewy protein balls are an easy no-bake snack made with oats, protein powder, nut butter, and honey. Perfect for busy mornings, afternoon energy, or a healthy sweet bite that feels homemade and comforting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, protein powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter and honey and stir until combined.
  3. Pour in milk and vanilla extract and mix until soft and sticky.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Let mixture rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Notes

If the mixture feels dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time. If too sticky, add more oats. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for later.
