- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix oats, protein powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add peanut butter and honey and stir until combined.
- Pour in milk and vanilla extract and mix until soft and sticky.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Let mixture rest for 5 minutes.
- Roll into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Notes
If the mixture feels dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time. If too sticky, add more oats. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for later.
