- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
- 1–2 tablespoons milk if needed
Instructions
- Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and salt in a bowl.
- Add almond butter and honey.
- Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Add milk if the mixture feels dry.
- Roll into small balls.
- Chill briefly or serve immediately.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for 3 months. Swap almond butter with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter if needed.
