Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Add rolled oats, protein powder, seeds, and salt to a bowl.
- Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
- Roll into small balls using your hands.
- Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
If the mixture feels dry, add more honey or nut butter. If too soft, add more oats. Store in the fridge up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
