Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add oats, peanut butter, and honey to a large bowl.
- Stir until thick and combined.
- Mix in protein powder, almonds, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt.
- Let mixture rest for 5 minutes.
- Roll into small balls and place on a plate.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Freeze for longer storage. You can substitute almond butter or maple syrup if desired.
