Description

These protein balls for everyday energy are soft, naturally sweet, and deeply nourishing. Made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder, they are the perfect no-bake snack to keep you energized throughout busy days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add oats, peanut butter, and honey to a large bowl.
  2. Stir until thick and combined.
  3. Mix in protein powder, almonds, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Let mixture rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Roll into small balls and place on a plate.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Freeze for longer storage. You can substitute almond butter or maple syrup if desired.
