- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2–4 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Add oats and protein powder to a large bowl and mix well.
- Add nut butter and honey, then stir until combined.
- Mix in chia seeds, flaxseeds, and chocolate chips.
- Add milk slowly until the mixture holds together.
- Roll into small balls and chill for 20 minutes.
