Description

These Party Mini Pigs in a Blanket are my go-to party recipe when I want something easy, comforting, and guaranteed to disappear fast. Soft, golden dough wrapped around juicy mini sausages makes the perfect bite-sized appetizer for gatherings, game nights, and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package mini sausages (about 14 oz)
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cut crescent dough into thin strips.
  3. Wrap each mini sausage with a strip of dough.
  4. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Whisk egg with water and brush over dough.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Notes

You can prepare these ahead and refrigerate until baking time. Serve warm with mustard, ketchup, or honey mustard. Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
