Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons fresh orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.
  3. Mix in yogurt, oil, orange juice, and zest.
  4. Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40–45 minutes.
  6. Cool completely, then drizzle with glaze.

Notes
