2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Notes
This sauce can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
If the sauce gets too thick, simply add a little water to thin it to your desired consistency.
For a more vibrant orange color, add a small amount of food coloring (optional).
