Description

This One-Bowl Buffalo Chicken Dip brings creamy comfort and spicy warmth together in the easiest way. I mix everything in one bowl, bake it until bubbly, and serve it warm for friends and family. It works perfectly for parties, cozy nights, and anytime I want a comforting dish that brings people closer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream in one bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken and cheese until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

Notes

I adjust the heat by adding more or less buffalo sauce. Greek yogurt works well instead of sour cream. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days and reheat gently.
