Description

- 1 package mini sausages (about 400 g)
- 1 package refrigerated crescent dough
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut the mini sausages into small one-bite pieces.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into small strips.
- Wrap each sausage piece with dough and place seam-side down on the tray.
- Whisk the egg with water and brush over each piece.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
You can use puff pastry instead of crescent dough for a flakier bite. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
