Description

This No-Fuss Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, spicy, and irresistibly comforting. Made with tender chicken, rich cream cheese, and bold Buffalo sauce, it’s the perfect easy appetizer for gatherings, game nights, or cozy evenings at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Buffalo sauce until smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken and most of the cheese.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

Notes

For a milder dip, reduce Buffalo sauce. For extra heat, add more or sprinkle chili flakes. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
