- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in shredded chicken and most of the cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
Notes
For a milder dip, reduce Buffalo sauce. For extra heat, add more or sprinkle chili flakes. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
