Description
This no-bake crockpot Buffalo chicken dip is creamy, spicy, and comforting. Made easily in the slow cooker with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and Buffalo sauce, it’s perfect for gatherings, family nights, and game day.

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Lightly grease the crockpot.
- Add softened cream cheese to the bottom.
- Top with shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and butter.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust heat by adding more or less Buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
