¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir to combine evenly.Add Wet Ingredients:
Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.Fold in Chocolate Chips:
Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.Form the Bites:
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls using your hands or a small scoop. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.Chill & Serve:
Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, then enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
Notes
For a vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey.
You can swap almond flour for oat flour or ground nuts.
Add a dash of cinnamon for a cozy flavor twist.
