Instructions
- Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Microwave for 60–90 seconds until the cake is set but soft.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over the warm cake and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook the mug cake or it will become dry. Let it rest for 1 minute before adding the glaze. You can add lemon zest or berries for extra flavor.
