Description
This melted cheese buffalo chicken dip is creamy, spicy, and comforting. Made with shredded chicken, rich cream cheese, tangy buffalo sauce, and plenty of melted cheese, it’s the perfect dip for gatherings, cozy nights, or anytime you want something warm and irresistible.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Mix cream cheese, yogurt, melted butter, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in half of the mozzarella and cheddar.
- Spread into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare this dip ahead of time and bake just before serving. Adjust spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
