Description

  • 2 cups glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk glutinous rice flour, sugar, matcha powder, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix until the batter becomes smooth.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing.

Notes
