- 1 package crescent roll or pastry dough
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the dough and cut into strips or triangles.
- Wrap each breakfast sausage snugly with dough.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and warm maple syrup.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Warm the maple syrup before brushing for better coverage. These can be assembled the night before and baked fresh in the morning. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
