Description

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the beef in batches until browned, then remove from the pan.
  4. Add vegetables to the same pan and sauté until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and toss everything together.
  6. Finish with lemon juice and fresh parsley before serving.
