Ingredients

  • 1 deep-dish rectangular, throw-away foil pan (9×13)

  • 24 store-bought frozen ice cream sandwiches

  • Two 8-ounce tubs Cool Whip (defrosted)

  • Caramel sauce (to drizzle)

  • Chocolate sauce (to drizzle)

  • A bag of Heath bits or toffee bits

  • 4 regular-sized Heath or Skor candy bars (chopped)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Spray a 9×13 foil pan with cooking spray.

  • Layer the Ice Cream Sandwiches: Place 12 ice cream sandwiches side-by-side in the bottom of the pan.

  • Spread the Cool Whip: Spread one tub of Cool Whip evenly over the ice cream sandwiches.

  • Drizzle Syrups: Drizzle caramel and chocolate syrup over the Cool Whip.

  • Sprinkle Toppings: Sprinkle toffee bits over the syrup layer.

  • Freeze the First Layer: Freeze for 1 hour to allow the first layer to set.

  • Add the Second Layer: Place the remaining 12 ice cream sandwiches over the first set of toppings.

  • Spread the Second Tub of Cool Whip: Spread the second tub of Cool Whip over the second layer of sandwiches.

  • Drizzle More Syrups: Drizzle more caramel and chocolate syrup over the Cool Whip.

  • Top with Chopped Candy Bars: Sprinkle chopped Heath or Skor bars over the dessert.

  • Freeze Again: Freeze for several hours or until firm.

  • Cut and Serve: Cut into squares and drizzle with extra caramel or chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

Customizing Toppings: Feel free to use your favorite candy bits, such as M&Ms or crushed Oreos, instead of toffee or Heath bars.

Storage: This treat can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 week.
