- 1/2 cup neutral oil
- Zest of 2 lemons

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F and prepare a loaf or round pan.
- Whisk eggs and honey until pale and fluffy.
- Slowly add oil, mixing well.
- Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 40–45 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
