Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and white chocolate chips together until smooth.
- Stir granulated sugar into the melted mixture.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl whisk flour, matcha powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Mix in white chocolate chunks.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center is just set.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing.
