Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
  6. Add chocolate chips or walnuts if desired.
  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes until golden and cooked through.
