  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dried oregano or thyme
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft and lightly golden.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook gently.
  4. Add chicken, season, and cook until lightly browned.
  5. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in cooked grains.
