Ingredients

  • 250 g whole wheat pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in well-salted water until tender. Drain and cool.
  2. Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes, then cool immediately.
  3. Whisk yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine pasta, broccoli, and dressing gently.

Notes
