- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and spices and cook until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and black beans and cook briefly.
- Finish with lime juice and adjust seasoning.
