- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Lightly grease the crockpot.
- Add softened cream cheese to the bottom.
- Layer shredded chicken on top.
- Pour buffalo sauce and ranch dressing evenly.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and half of the cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
- Stir gently, add remaining cheese, and cook another hour.
- Stir until creamy and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently in the crockpot.
