- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add shredded chicken and mix until fully coated.
- Fold in most of the cheese, reserving some for topping.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest briefly before serving.
Notes
Adjust buffalo sauce to control heat. Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess. Can be prepared ahead and baked before serving.
