- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, stir the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in the shredded chicken gently.
- Stir in most of the shredded cheese, reserving some for the top.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with bread, chips, or vegetables.
Notes
Adjust the buffalo sauce to control spice level. Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
