- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt, stirring until creamy.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and most of the cheese.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to control the spice level. You can prepare this dip ahead of time and bake just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently in the oven.
