- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt or sour cream and stir well.
- Mix in buffalo sauce, salt, and garlic powder.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheese.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Adjust buffalo sauce to control heat. Use rotisserie chicken for speed. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 3 days and reheat gently.
