Description

This Easy Oven Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, spicy, and comforting. Made with tender chicken, rich cream cheese, and bold buffalo sauce, it bakes into a bubbly, irresistible appetizer perfect for gatherings, game nights, or cozy evenings at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add Greek yogurt or sour cream and stir well.
  4. Mix in buffalo sauce, salt, and garlic powder.
  5. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheese.
  6. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust buffalo sauce to control heat. Use rotisserie chicken for speed. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 3 days and reheat gently.
