- 600 g chicken thighs
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- Brown chicken lightly on both sides.
- Mix cream, cream cheese, and half the mozzarella.
- Layer vegetables in a baking dish.
- Add chicken on top.
- Pour sauce evenly over everything.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
