- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle into 2–3 strips.
- Place one mini sausage at the wide end of each strip and gently roll it up.
- Arrange the wrapped sausages on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Brush lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds if using.
- Bake for 10–14 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
