Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and spread evenly in the dish.
  3. Warm the heavy cream slightly and pour it evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and soft in the center.
  7. Warm the icing packets and drizzle over the bake before serving.

Notes

For extra richness, add a little more cream before baking. Serve warm for the best texture. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently with a splash of milk.
